Questions
What does the preview cost?
Nothing. Every feature is free while Keywicket is in preview and no card is needed. You'll get notice before any paid plan starts, and nothing is charged automatically when the preview ends.
How do you count users?
Active accounts in the tenant: enabled member accounts in Microsoft Entra ID, and accounts that aren't suspended or archived in Google Workspace. Guests, disabled accounts and service accounts don't count. If a tenant goes over its plan's limit at two scans in a row, we'll let you know before anything changes.
What do I save with annual billing?
Pro annual is A$549 a year with Keywicket MCP included, which saves A$159 (22%) on paying monthly for Pro and the add-on. Business annual saves A$489 (20%). MSP annual is 10 months' price for 12 months.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can move to annual at any time and the change applies from your next billing date. Annual plans renew yearly, and you can choose not to renew.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added where it applies.
How does MSP pricing work?
Each client tenant is priced by its size band, and at least 5 tenants are billed. If you connect fewer, the remaining places are billed at the Small rate. MSP accounts are approved by us: we ask for your ABN and website.
We have more than 1,500 staff. Can we use Keywicket?
Yes. Keywicket works for organisations of every size. Larger tenants are on the Enterprise plan, with limits and pricing agreed with you. Contact us to talk it through.
